Active dynamic loop keys should be visuall "locked"

You can have dynamic keys with an infinite loop of actions. Once active, you press the key again to toggle it off. This currently has no visual feedback for the user to know the state the key is in. It should be locked down like normal keys.

I implemented this in https://github.com/kmcnaught/OKGO but I need to dig it out.
