Opening this issue here so we can finalize a list of deliverables like we did last year.

Here is the list of deliverables from last year. The organising team needs to discuss if we are going to proceed with printing some of the materials due to our new approach on aiming for a conference with focus on respecting the environment even more. This means that we will try to avoid as much as we can printing materials also following your proposal last year(s) @kleidieski .
