How can I install OpenEmu on an offline-only Mac? When I first start OpenEmu I get this message:

OpenEmu

OpenEmu could not download required data from the internet

An error occurred while preparing the setup assistant. (The network connection was lost.) Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.

I can see it's trying to access api.github.com and raw.githubusercontent.com

How can I manually download the files it needs using a web browser and where do I place them on macOS? Could there be an option (in an OpenEmu update) to tell the user the URL of the files it needs and where to place them in macOS?

Thanks

Unless you have another Mac available this would be a very difficult setup to complete because it will require you to manually download all the cores that OpenEmu needs as well as a few support files that OpenEmu needs. I have a way that I can create a blank library on my machine and give you a ZIP file to download and some terminal commands to process this but I am not sure if it will work.

what about downloading the core plugins directly from github? I see for example that I can download the zip with Mupen64Plus.oecoreplugin from https://github.com/OpenEmu/Mupen64Plus-Core/releases directly. If that could work, could I choose which cores I download (like in RetroArch) instead of downloading all of them?
