Steps to reproduce

OpenEmu.app → Settings… → Library → Game Library Folder Location
Click Move…
Placeholder “ALERT_MOVE_LIBRARY_HTML” text shows

Debugging Information

OpenEmu Version: 2.4.1 (7397.1-g0c74f7d3c-Release)
macOS Version: Sonoma 14.4 Beta (23E5196e)
