Emulator Does Not have Read Permissions to the ###

Summary of issue

Running MAC OS 13.6.1 (Intel)

When launching a rom from any emulator i get a pop up window that states,
"The Emulator does not have Read permissions to the ROM"

The specific cue file for PSX are listed as "Read Write"

Also it appears that Open EMU has access to all folders and volumes.

So i deleted the rom and re installed the cue file. it didnt work at first and got this message

After the third time it imported and booted up....weird

ok so heres how i got it working....
-delete rom
-try to install bin file, which will fail.
-Drag CUE file into open emu. and all works according to plan. Cue file will not install properly until trying to install bin file
