No option tp view archived folders when there are not folders archived

Describe the bug
There is a button in the Folder settings that directs to archived folders. This button is present in Android app but not in iOS when no folders are archived.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Folders

Expected behavior
Not sure what the expected behaviour should be. Either we remove the button from Android app when no Archived folders are present, or we add the button to iOS app and show it even when there are no archived folders.
