Create OpenArchive organization-owned account on App Store Connect

The eventual App Store Connect home for Save should be in an "Open Archive" organization. Previously, no such org existed and IIUC, we needed additional documentation to verify we are such an organization. As we move toward becoming an independent org/graduation from fiscal sponsorship, we should be able to clear that App Store hurdle and transfer the app from Postmodern Apps' auspices to our own.

For now, we are blocked pending the organization formation.

Both "account owner" roles need to handle the actual transfer. That means @n8fr8 and @foundscapes.
