Missing pop-up letting first time users know to long hold + sign for other files

**Description
The pop-up letting first-time users know to long hold + sign to select between the gallery and other files/media is missing. This should appear once a folder has been added an users are able to add media.

I have tested on 0.7.2 version of Save

@foundscapes Sugesstion. Change the text first time users see on an empty media folder to include language about long hold. Easier to implement than a popup.
