Installation Failure: Cannot Find Project 'portal-db' on Both Linux and Windows

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue while trying to install Magick from this repository on both Linux and Windows environments. Despite following the installation instructions closely, I'm faced with a persistent error related to the portal-db project not being found during the post-installation process. Below are the details of my setup and the error message I receive.

Environment:

• Operating Systems: Windows 11 (Node.js v20.10.0, Python 3.11.2) and Ubuntu 22.04 (Node.js v20.11.1, Python 3.11.2)
• Docker: Installed on both systems

Error Message:

I have tried reinstalling Node.js and Python to ensure they are not the cause of the issue, and I've also ensured Docker is running properly on both systems. The error seems to be specific to the portal-db configuration within the project.

Could anyone please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
