Bug: Probe hangs and needs to be deleted

Nawaz is aware of this issue. a probe will hang when it attempts to query a website/api where not K8 access rule exists. The behavior instead should be a timeout (ideally you can set this per monitor as well as a global default). Also the Probe Status indicator continued to show "Connected" and green even though the probe was frozen. You should implement a heartbeat check and update this indicator when it is non-responsive.
