How i to regenerate the MP_persist/{BALANCE_FILE} file state?

As title, does anyone known how to regenerate the folder: MP_persist file?
I have lost the some balance file, i need it...

And who can tell me the describe about MP_persist folder?

generally you can rebuild all databases by restarting Omni Core with -startclean flag. However, this triggers a full reparse of all Omni Layer transactions and can easily consume more than 24 hours.

However, I think there might be something else going on:

The persist files are frequently cleaned and only the latest ones are kept. They include all "current" balances.

What is your use case, or rephrased: what are you intending to do? Maybe we have another solution for it.
