Rename by adding in extra characters

currently my daily notes are YYYYMMDD, but I'd liked to change them to YYYY-MM-DD (and move them to a new folder). But I'm not sure if this addon can add extra characters in the middle of. the files it's renaming. Is. that possible?

I think I can do it by renaming 2021 to 2021- and then -01 to -01- etc, but that would take 15 different renames, not sure if there's a faster way to do it.
