看了下微信读书是强关联的必须是相同的ISBN才会显示，建议可以像https://github.com/Sorosliu1029/weReaDou 插件一样，ISBN不同也可以展示。当然不光是微信读书平台。
这是两个插件的对比图：

不好意思，我没有用过得到 app ，不知道您说的“同步”具体指什么？是在豆瓣读书页面上显示自己的读书笔记吗？
