Describe the bug

The link for the copy reference is inserted on the second occurrence of copy instead of the first.

This might be related to #1141

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://github.com/octodns/octodns/blob/fa5cff78ff16bcd3820070a7c22bce7673e058c1/octodns/provider/cloudflare.py#L9
  2. Link is inserted at the end of the line

Expected behavior

For the link to be inserted on from copy not import deepcopy.
