What is the bug?
The usage and nouser messages in the external message config do not appear in-game as configured in the file.

What version of Nucleus are you running?
Nucleus-2.4.0-MC1.12.2-SpongeAPI7.3-plugin

What version of Sponge are you running?
spongeforge-1.12.2-2838-7.3.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Usage:

  1. Enable the external messages config.
  2. Change the formatting codes for the usage. I used usage="&0[&4&lSmash&f&lMC&0] &8&l> &cUsage: &4{0}"
  3. Reload/restart.
  4. Appears like this in-game: https://gyazo.com/0cbd7bc6446158c4ec82f5c49b69099d

nouser:

  1. Enable the external messages config.
  2. Change the formatting codes for the usage. I used nouser="&0[&4&lSmash&f&lMC&0] &8&l> &cCould not find user with the name "&4{0}&c"."
  3. Reload/restart.
  4. Appears like this in-game: https://gyazo.com/1db1ec18a714045f4ce194452f56da1a

Expected behavior
The messages would display as specified in the config.
