Web UI: Improve color scheme modes

In addition to "current resource consumption" and "user-defined categories" we could add:

• called count
• automatic categorization (By either top 1 or top 2 NS level)

The color-scheme selection UI should consequently be improved.

I am not sure if this is covering the full theme, but there needs to be a light mode, Because of my eye sight I am not able to use dark mode.

It would be great if there were a light mode/colour scheme. to make it more accessible

I'm sorry for that, you should open a dedicated issue. Anyway light mode is something that will be for sure part of the next web UI major refactor.
