[Feature]: support streaming NWB Zarr files from DANDI

What would you like to see added to the NWBInspector?

With Zarr integration being added to the inspector (see: #513), we will need to add additional support for streaming NWB Zarr files from DANDI

This will include:

• updating read_nwbfile for Zarr streaming
• testing DANDI inspection functions (including CLI) for Zarr streaming

We will wait to implement this after read_nwb is implemented in pynwb: NeurodataWithoutBorders/pynwb#1974, so we can use those methods instead.
