android找不到bundle/iOS无法自动启动虚拟机

android经过
BUNDLE [android, dev] rn_temp/index.js ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ 100.0% (1086/1086), done.
这步以后，react-native run-android的时候提示红字：找不到index.android.bundle；
iOS同样经过如上的步骤后，提示无法自动打开iPhone6虚拟机
环境为macbook，系统版本10.15，xcode版本11.1

保证在同一局域网，然后运行一下：adb reverse tcp:8081 tcp:8081，然后重新运行。
