[android] Box-shadow cancel the border-radius

Hello,

If we set a border-radius then we set a box-shadow on android the radius is canceled ! see image

Is this a problem that came along with 8.6 release?

@CatchABus @kefahB it is not related to 8.6 release. It is due to the fact that boxShadow disables clipping which i dont think it should. android elevation for example does not disable clipping. You are responsible for using margin to make sure your whole shadow is visible
