Print the content of slurm script in the sbatch command, so that it's visible in the logs #68

Currently the actual command that's being run is hidden from the logs since it's inside a .sh script. Would be great to print it somewhere (either as a comment in sbatch script or as a cat inside srun or sbatch itself), so that it's easier to see what's being launched without having to go to the nemo-run logs place. Would be great if we also show it during dry-run as currently it's not showing the actual commands only the .sh script
