First time users should be able to understand the critial orders of configuration AFTER they created the course.

User Guide to reference:

First, need to add people, add students and TAs. (banned from other session access)
Then create a teamset, user need to understand what is a team set. (huge space to improve, for example, users need to know assign students/TAs must be the ones they added in previse step)
