Description

SSL Certificate has expired, producing an SSLHandshakeException when using the Java package.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use worldwind version 2.0.0
2. Try to instantiate Worldwind
3. See error

Expected behavior: No SSL validation errors

Actual behavior: SSL Validation Errors

Reproduces how often: 100%
