The "unterminated quote string" error in #109 looks to be fixed by extracting the command to write the hyperparameters.txt file, but there does not exist a universal solution inside singeRunner.py that would run on both Windows and Linux. Will this hinder the script's ability to run on OS that are not specifically Linux or Windows (and specifically Windows but not Windows/Cygwin)?
