peak_refresh_rate option in the system table is not available in the f-droid version of setedit however it is available in the playstore version

No idea what is the reason for this. I shall look into this in my spare time.

I didn't have this setting on my device (Android 11). So, I tried setting it via ADB, and it appeared in the list after that. Other than this, I don't have any more updates since it's not reproducible on my device.

@toxicrecker Whats the model of your phone/software?
It's possible your device has a second settings database and only check the main database for overrides hence no default value available for in the main database. (This is how my phone handles peak_refresh_rate value; Moto Edge 20 berlin)
the play store one might check the second data for values to override.
