Set multiple popperPlacement

I was wondering if there is a mechanism in place to give preferred popperPlacements, such as for it to originally be a 'top-end', but if it isn't able to do that, it uses 'left-end' (instead of simply flipping to bottom-end, which doesn't work as well in my app).

@pxtnpxtn , not currently, no, might be a good idea to allow an input a ordered list of placements. I might get to it in a couple of weeks, feel free to put in a PR if you want.
