[funfuzz] Move to python-hglib instead of multiple subprocess calls #162

subprocess calls are slow, so once python-hglib supports Python 3.5+, let's use it instead.

Actually Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial has python3-hglib in its repositories, which depend on Python 3.5, so there is a chance this already works with 3.5.
