[Domino Visual Editor] Embedded Image Support

While converting Prominic database, we found a form (Cust Master Settings Form) with an embedded image:

For now, we want exclude this in the converted application until we decide how to handle it. This is the only embedded image we have seen so far in the conversions, so this is a low priority.
