[1.20.1] Server time is completely off from computer time

Description of issue : {The server time (by server time I mean what it uses to output to logs, manage plugins etc, not ingame time) seems to be somehow desync'd from the computer's time. The computer's time is perfectly synced with no issue, but the server's time is wrong and its throwing off my plugins like ultimate auto restart. The server log shows the server 9 hours ahead of the real time. This happened after updating my version of mohist. I don't how to fix it or what caused it.}

It was pulling from the BIOS time, which was incorrect. My bad
