[1.18.2-164] DeluxeMenus open and close instantly

Concerned mod / plugin : DeluxeMenu @ https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/deluxemenus.11734/

Logs : It doesn't crush. It just doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Start a fresh Mohist as per instruction. Stop Server.
2. Copy DeluxeMenus-1.1.40-Release.jar into plugin folder
3. Start Mohist. Let it finish loading.
4. Login to the server using matching forge version with Mohist server without any mods.
5. Open a default DeluxeMenu by typing /dm advancedmenu
6. Click on any interaction, it will simply open and close instantly. No error messages were given on the server or client console.

**Description of issue : Any deluxemenu interactions will simply open and close the GUI instantly without taking any actions. No error messages were given on the server or client console.

This plugin is tested to work on any version of 1.18.2 from Magma and ArcLight.

Correction: Command Panels and DeluxeMenu both do not work properly on Mohist 1.18.2.
