TOC doesn't appear

It seems that the Table of Contents (TOC) won't appear unless one of the headings goes long enough that it should (nearly) cause a line wrap. As a work around, add

##### 1234567890 1234567890 1234567890 12345

(or something similarly long) to your markdown file to get TOC to appear.

As well, H6's don't show up on the TOC...
