Yes, Micoo is a test service which technically just compares the screenshots uploaded to it, no matter if the screenshots are taken from a web app, mobile app or desktop app. Micoo doesn't take screenshots from your SUT, your automation tests need to do that on the desktop, then you can just use the scripts to send the screenshots to the server which will trigger the tests.
