Add support for more AMD ryzen 5000 series CPU temp sensors #161

DragonFly has added several amd temp sensors to their amdtemp driver that we don't have. Look into supporting ryzen 5000 series fully.

Ours do not work on ryzen 5700x/5800x

3.0 has working support for AMD Ryzen 7 5700X and 5800x. (tested on real hardware)

However, dragonfly has support for additional models.
