Add instructions about access rights

Thank you for the great tool. I saw this first time in 2021 and I am happy you are still updating it. We had quite an adventure to figure out how to provide the access to EntraID Enterprice App, we tried everything directly in EntraID console, to add and revoke rights to different roles, but at the end the key was to use your app's own function under login info, just click the button and rights are there. I think you should discribe this part better, how to grand the rights and that your solution does it for you, just click the button.
