Need a privacy policy

My workplace is concerned about leaking proprietary source code to the cloud. It would be helpful to have some policy with respect to what happens with user data. If the data is simply passed through to the LLM, then such a statement would be sufficient. I believe we can be responsible to then look at the data policy of each LLM we intend to use.
