Dragging down on the profile menu makes the page elements disappear

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the "Person" button to open the profile page
2. Click and drag down.

All of the UI controls on the page disappear. None of dragging, scrolling, or clicking fix it. User must hit back to escape.

Yes, Phylo (Web) v1.1.7.7. Or is it 2.0.1?
2.0.1 is what the McGill loading page says, but the top of the site says 1.1.7.7

And dragging down (or up) on the "Achievements" page
