1.     Use of this application is non-profit and strictly for research and teaching purposes only.

2.     No title to any intellectual property is transferred to the user or developer of
this application.

3.     The authors grant to the developers the permission to copy, modify, merge the 
software for personal use only. This software, or modified version of this software, 
cannot be used for crowdsourcing, human-computing and citizen-science applications aiming 
to proceed, analyze or filter data other than those provided by the authors.

4.     Developers are invited to submit their modifications and upgrades of the software 
to the authors for public release. Upon publication, the authors will receive full credits 
for their contribution and will be associated and credited for any scientific and non-
profit discovery achieved with their modified and upgraded software.

5.     This application is provided “As Is” by the authors, and hereby disclaims all 
warranties and conditions, either express, or  implied, including but not limited to any 
(if any) implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a particular 
purpose, of lack of viruses, of accuracy or completeness of responses and of results. The 
authors does not warrant that the application will meet the  requirements or that its 
operation will be error-free. Also, there is no warranty or condition of title, quiet 
enjoyment, quiet possession, correspondence to description or non-infringement, with 
regard to the application.  The entire risk as to the quality of or arising out of use or 
performance of the software and support services, if any, remains with the user. 

Exclusion of incidental, consequential and certain other damages.  To the maximum extent 
permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the authors be liable for any special, 
incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, 
damages for loss of profits or confidential or other information, for business 
interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy, for failure to meet any duty, and 
for any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to 
the use of or inability to use this application, the provision of or failure to provide 
support services, or otherwise under or in connection with any provision of this 
agreement,  and even if the authors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.     This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 
the province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

7.     This agreement is in English at the request of the parties.  Le présent contrat est
