Report Magazine to Admin

There is currently no obvious way to report an entire magazine directly to instance admins. If a magazine is against an instance rules, there needs to be a way to bypass the moderators and report directly to the instance admins. At the moment, it's very difficult to get hold of them, often involving hunting for side channels

Additional context
If a magazine is against instance rules, the mods are probably the ones breaking those rules. Who mods the mods?
