Ability to set indentation of the first line of paragraph

Since "regular" lines of gemtext are supposed to be human readable text, I think it's reasonable to give them more literary presentation. Ability to set first line of paragraph (or first line after blank line since many styles use double line breaks to mark a new paragraph) would improve readability IMHO.
