CSV file upload

Hiya. Is it possible to upload a CSV via the database configuration interface?

It seems that at the moment you need to manually place the file on the server and then reference its file path, which can restrict how non-technical users can use this integration.

I've seen from Metabase's Big Query integration that it's possible to upload files — in their case, the JSON key for Google's service accounts.

Wasn't a planned feature, but seems interesting. I don't have much time to do this for now... maybe if a pull request arrive, it could be incorporated...

I am also interested in the possibility of offering users the sending of csv files through the metabase interface. Unfortunately I don't know anything about Java development :(

The specific rationale for this is actually to import Google Sheets (which I figured could be synced via the CSV url parameter)

The idea is interesting but I do not want strategic data to be hosted outside our infrastructure so for me it is not possible to use GoogleSheet.
