onetagger can't get cover art from beatport

Hi. I've been trying to tag some mp3 files I got from beatport and mostly everything has been working like usual. however artwork is never able to be downloaded.

The command line just says "Error downloading album art! error sending request for url (https://geo-media.beatport.com/image_size/700x700/abcd2b30-7561-4cc1-b2ba-03e461cb4f8c.jpg): error trying to connect: tcp connect error: Connection refused (os error 61)".

I'm really confused because I'm able to visit these image links in my browser and they load fine so i'm not sure what the problem is.
