[Feature request] Shadow behind text on border

It would be useful feature if there could be shadow behind the text in the window border

Your reason (tell us why we need it)
It would allow the text to be readable no matter if the windows behind are dark or light

tried setting dark colour for text but then its

Additional context
When the text is set to white, and there is light background, the text is not readable

and when the text is dark and there is readability issue on black background
Having shadow would allow light text to be readable on both light and dark backgrounds
