Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

No. Currently, the Mangadex provider only fetches manga with English translations.

Describe the solution you'd like

Fetch a manga translation matching the user's machine's locale, and an option to override that.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None, as fetching English translations is hard-coded in the Mangadex provider.

It's hard enough to find English translations let alone other languages.
Sounds cool none the less.
