Fast mouse wheel-actions not registering

Description
When using mouse wheel actions to cycle through browser tabs, it only registers around two actions per second, so no matter how fast you scroll, it's a very slow process cycling through tabs.

Set up actions as seen in screenshot.

Expected behaviour
Recognition of all scrolling actions.
