View Artists

As a user I would like to see a list of available artists.

It would be nice to see a thumbnail of their photos, but likely we would want lazy loading to avoid requesting too much at once. Maybe a list view w/o any images to see more, more quickly.

Edit: it would be best to parse metadata/tags out of songs and potentially create an sqlite db that could be sent over and queried or something.
