The README files for the repos created in the last week are spartan. They should be updated to include:

The Lodestone logo
A short description of Lodestone and a link to the main GitHub repo
The purpose of the repo
Instructions for how to build the repo
Instructions for how to contribute

dskaggs added type/documentation priority/medium labels
