All non-relevent comments should be collapsed or completely hidden when viewing a link to a specific comment. #2370

Describe the feature you'd like

When you visit a link to a specific child comment, you will see its contextual comment plus all of the non-relevent child comments. These non-relevent comments can make it mildly difficult to find the desired comment. I would propose simply collapsing them or hiding them altogether so that only the desired comment is visible under the contextual comment.
