Windows for external links from LDaCA Portal

I noticed that for some external links in the portal, a new window is opened (e.g. Conforms To --> GitHub, Metadata licensed as --> creative commons, Compiler, Creator --> Trove), whereas others load in the same window (e.g. Language --> glottolog, Access --> creative commons or LDaCA website).

Would it be possible to make the latter external links open in a new window as well?
