Note: This depends on the oni api. Depends on oni-api

Preview file took longer to load for me than view file for mp4. Would it be better for preview file to just be a snippet of the full video? I tested this with Braided Channels > INTERVIEW WITH EDNA JESSOP/ZIGENBINE - Braided Channels of History Recording & Transcript
