Can we see how the interface looks if both search boxes (Basic, Advanced) alternate in one location?
On opening: Basic Search is above the results list
Click Advanced Search: Advanced Search appears as in current version - i.e. replaces Basic Search

Another thought on this - I wonder whether we even need a distinction between basic and advanced search - from what I can tell the only functionality basic has that advanced doesn't is looking for multiple words without the OR operator (e.g. in basic search you can type house home but in advanced search this won't work and you need to use (house OR home)). If the house home functionality can be worked into advanced search it should cover everything.
Or alternatively, maybe we just want to keep basic search completely streamlined and taking up less space with a single search bar and the option to switch to advanced search (or maybe Show Advanced Options).
