When Dying for the first time the dialog prompt for becoming a demon or not doesn't appear and you are softlocked in limbo

I tried it with Rat's Mischief 2.0 and Requiem 2.0.0-beta.16 and I also get this error. Interestingly, it went away after installing the Origins Mod and choosing demon. When I died with Origins installed, I just became a demon normally, maybe you can use this as a workaround

Perhaps, I bet its probably an issue with the rat camera system and the dialog prompt conflicting
